It's perfect for other creatives or entrepreneurs as well to rent as a meeting space with potential clients, new hires or a quiet space to have new thoughts and ideas! Let's be honest, in today's age you can't have enough content and now you have access to endless amounts without the scary overhead and risk of renting out storefront space.
